Positano in April

Anyone know what the weather will be like in Positano the 2nd week of April. We will be there for three nights...

Thanks so much!

We were there almost two years ago, second week of April. It was sunny, and warm in the afternoon (cool in the mornings and evenings), as warm as we wanted it while we hiked. But it was not hot beach weather either. The town was plenty busy despite being early in the season, and the wisteria was just coming into bloom. I don't believe the ferries were yet running the full summer schedule.

It's difficult to say, in Italy I'm 30Km y from Positano we say "Marzo Marzo pazzerello, esce il sole e prendi l'ombrello" I try to translate it "March march crazy March, you see the sun and take the umbrella" and April isn't so different. So neither is sure in the early spring but statistically I can say that you have 66% of take wonderful sunny days. By the way if the weather will be good April is the best time to visit Amalfi Coast, less traffic, less people and a good temperature. Regards from Naples, Gianni
