Portuguese Language Programs?

I'll be traveling to Portugal in September and would like to learn some Portuguese for the trip. Can anyone recommend a good language program? I am a little familiar with Pimsleur, but am looking for recommendations. I appreciate everyone's response.

Portugese tapes - books
1. Be sure its European not South American.
2. 3 CD basic - teach yourself portuguese conversation
ISBN 007-1468412 18.95
3. Harraps Portuguese Phase Book
ISBN 007-146749-1 7.95
4. Harper Collings Portuguese Dic.

With these numbers your local shop should be able to order for you if not I always have them in stock as I am in a area of many portuguese dairy farmers
so have the market for them.

There is a 5 cd set from Pimsleur labelled as 'Continental' Portuguese which I found to be helpful. I haven't been to Portugal yet, but I met some Portuguese people who were impressed with pronounciation. Hope this is helpful!
