We where in Lisbon in October and my first though after seeing the amount of graffiti was that Lisbon was a city in need of a savior, a knight in shining armor, or at least a visit by Mr. Clean, but despite the graffiti (an American art form?), the city has a lot to offer any visitor. One of the most positive attractions of the city, and Portugal in general, are its people.
