Portugal (Porto) - Car Hire
 

Hello :)
We are heading to Portugal in September and would like to rent a car for about 9 days.
I have previously been given excellent recommendations on this forum for locally owned car hire companies. I am hoping that someone can recommend a company in Porto who also have an office in Lisbon. Ideally we would like one that offers full insurance (no excess) and unlimited mileage. Neither the pick up nor the drop off need to be at an airport.

We rented our car from Europcar in Lisbon and returned it in Porto. But we used Autoeurope as our broker. I do not know if the options are the same when renting directly from the rental agency. We also waived coverage of damage to our car as our credit card carried that part of the insurance--liability insurance is generally included in the rental price. We had exceptionally good service from Europcar as I had had my wallet stolen with my driver's license and my credit cards the day before. They accepted my IDP and our friend's credit card with no questions asked, but it might be because I was in their system as a regular renter.
