Portemerion outlet store in London ?
 

I have heard of a discount store in London with Portemerion china, has anyone been there ? Any information on location and prices ?

Reject China Shop often has Portmerion pieces. They are not rejects in general, just a name suggesting overruns, etc.

How would you rate the prices, much lower ?

I've seen lower on pieces at my local Marshall's but overall the prices are about 40% less than retail. And the selection will usually be larger.

I am an avid collector of Portmeirion so always enjoy finding some new pieces while I'm in London that haven't hit the US yet. The Portmeirion shop is on Kensington Church St. near Kensington High Street. Often they have some specials and items one can't get in the US. However, I did buy some sets of painted glass mini vases, then found them for half the price here in San Diego at Bed, Bath,& Beyond! That hurts! Just know your prices before you go. You can get VAT returned if you buy over a certain amount, but then you have to hassle carrying them and providing the paperwork at the airport.
