Ponderosa?

How do you say Ponderosa in Italian? Is there such a word? If not what would you call an estate?

Ponderosa is a type of Pine tree and the name of a TV show. In italian an estate could be called a villa.
The ponderosa is the Montana start tree. There is also a working dude ranch with that name as well as a nudest colony.
We saw Bonanza on tv in Paris. It was much better in French!

In Castelseprio, near MIlano and Varese, there is Ponderosa Music Club (www.ponderosamusic.com). I think that's the only ponderosa in Italy ^_____^
