When I last saw it - although its presence hasn't registered with me for a while now - the Artecard people had a very distinctive free-standing kiosk, roughly octagonal, that was on the concourse between the platforms and the main glass-walled entrance.

If it's still there, you'll not be able to miss it - otherwise presumably they've taken a more orthodox shop unit?
