See, "V" shaped will work and is according to specifications, round can be anything. It in fact can be a much smaller plug that losely fits. A firm fit is only possible with a V-shaped plug. If it's not V-shaped, don't buy it, if you don't want to run into problems. As simple as that. :-) :-)

Mine are not v-shaped and I have not run into any problems at all. As simple as that.

Only this will definitively work. The rest is pure coincidence, who knows if it will work. Don't buy anything else. It is the 2-prong industrial standard. (DIN, ISO) I'd print this and take it to the store with me. :-) |
Logos, I agree that a firm fit is desirable. ;-) That has not been a problem for me, electrical or otherwise. :-D :-D
|
:D But don't you ever buy cheapo adaptors.
Who knows, if they'll fit your needs. Wherever you want to place or use them :-). You know, everything is ISO nowadays, just humans don't fit in. ;-). |
I am back from my trip to Greece and used the plug adaptor that I have used for other trips. It worked just fine!
|
Just as I suspected! :-)
Logos999 does like to stir things up. ;-) |
Heimdall, only this
http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedi...lug-scheme.png does work, other design may or may not work everywhere. A large array of far eastern produced adapters does not work everywhere. Buy the real thing or risk it, if you risk it, don't complain later that it doesn't work. :D |
