Please suggest Assisi Hotel with parking!
We are only staying one night and not worried about price. We do not need anything fancy since it is only one night, but would like a location with parking available or close. I have searched this site and venere and have not come up with much. Would like your personal recommendations and price. We found the Hotel Ideale...any info? Thank you!

While this - - http://www.fodors.com/forums/threads...p;tid=34486889 - - is a useful discussion of all the pros and cons of some hotels in Assisi, the Fontebella is the slam dunk answer to anyone wanting to park a car. They have about 12 private parking spaces reserved for their guests, 15 yards from the front door.

we stayed at Hotel Ideale last year and loved it. Be sure and get one of the two upstairs rooms with the balcony overlooking the gardens. I think we paid 68 euro. They have a nice large parking lot and a wonderul breakfast.
