I'm soooooo techno -challenged and it's my physical therapy in a console. Any expats or not know anything about hooking one of these up in another country? HELP!

Damn - the only thing I can think to tell you to do is to go to one of those little electronics shops that sell small electrics and adapters, etc.: I'm sure if you take the machine with you, assuming it doesn't weigh too much to do so, they can tell you what you will need to plug in to the back of either the TV or the computer, whatever you are using to produce the video. Also, if it is your computer you're using, any computer shop there should be able to help you out with with sorts of connectors, adaptors, etc. you might need.
Good luck.

laartista,
if the guy who comes by gets everything working for you, marry him! (Even if he's married and you don't like him.)
I'm speaking poetically, but if you can communicate with the guy and he understands your machine, make sure he doesn't get out of your sight without you having all his cell numbers, where he works, how to find him, e-mail and stay in touch.
If he can't help you, get as many recommendations from him as you can as to how to find a local techie who speaks English to help you.
Good luck!

Thanks Zeppole!! Yes, he just left, is Romanian, but speaks Italian and a bit of english, but my Italian has gotten better so we did just fine.
He is a total techie, got me online w/ the wifi, something had to be reset on my computer, showed me about the wii wires, I have to buy a wii plug w/ transformer for here, he said at media world, I have his card, he makes house calls all for 30E, bargain in my book, geek squad in US charges $99 just to come out and diagnose!!
Off to Lidl

Wow, Andrea - all good news and so reasonable, too - you must have had your techie karma button on that day!
Where's the Lidl close to Florence? I know they don't always carry the same things, but if they have the electronics you're looking for it will be a whole lot cheaper for you.
Zeppole's got a good point - marry the guy!

Oh crap! That's a real pain!
The Lidl in Tipp, in Ireland, often has electronics - just not always. I was hoping...
Thankfully, the one in Tipp has an ATM less than a block away at the Bank of Ireland. The one in Ireland also takes chip and pin cards, but only certain of those, which of course I didn't have - all for three pairs of waterproof boots - so off I went to remedy the situation.
