We are a couple with 24 year old daughter travelling from Australia to Barcelona to spend a week with family first. Then hope to visit a friend in Seville and one near Portugal. Would love to get a taste of Morocco and Portugal then have last week in UK. I know it is rushed but wonder if best to hire a car or fly to Seville then maybe train. Where to go if poss to get a quick look at Morocco. eeek. Thanks in advance.

Barcelona to Seville is a long way, either by road or train. I'd fly every time.

As far as Morocco is concerned, avoid Tangier, it's the pits. I'd fly to Marrakesh for a "quick look".

Hi there,

There is a fast train from Barcelone to Seville called AVE. You can also choose to fly from Barcelone to a southern city like SEville or Malaga - use Vueling.
Don't take the boat over to Tangiers, rather take a flight from Seville into Rabat or Marrakech with Ryanair.
If you have one week in Morocco, you can do Marrakech, the Atlas Mountains and the Sahara desert. If you only have 3- 4 days, I recommend staying in Marrakech and doing a day trip into the Atlas Mountains.
