Hi<BR> Trying to find a good rate on Eurostar <BR>First class London to Paris one way this december any idea's <BR>thanks

I've done both 1st and standard and there is such a little difference anymore that even though we get the senior discount of $189.00 for 1st..this year I went standard class.paid $119.00 at www.eurostar-oneway.com They are having a $20.00 off taxi fare special!

I don't know how the seats are in first class but 2nd was fine however, when you get a seat assigned which you do every other row does not have a good window view so if that is real important to you you'd have to reserve on the phone as opposed to the internet or with a travel agent to get the window seat guaranteed. I just changed my seat as the train wasn't very crowded. If you're looking for the best rate second class is fine and sure beats the 189 sr first class (from us).

we just went by Eurostar first class from London to Paris a few days ago. We got a special deal by combining it with a Brit Rail ticket. You might check out the Brit Rail website The seats are bigger in first class so you have more room. We had champagne and a wonderful dinner...it was memorable. Have a wonderful time no matter what you do.
