Two more items:
Linens were of reasonable quality. We had plenty of bath towels and extra blankets. We never did figure out how to use the washer/dryer (the washer part was easy, the dryer not so much), so we ended up drying things in the room.

Kitchen was tiny. Not a problem for us as we were only using it for storage of the snacks/breakfast but if someone is a cook, they are unlikely to get much joy out of it. There was a hotplate type of device, but not the real stove. On the plus side, it was well stocked - sugar, salt, spices, etc.

We had a bit of a difficulty checking in - the owner most kindly accommodated our request to check in early, but as she and her husband do not live in Paris, her cleaner was supposed to let us in. Due to some kind of misunderstanding, the cleaner has not showed up until more then an hour later then the arranged time, but again, this is likely was a fluke. And I am very grateful to the owner's willingness to allow us to check well before the usual time.

One mishap that happened just as we checked in - the freestanding wardrobe in the twin bedroom collapsed when the suitcase was pushed against it. Upon inspection, it turned out that this thing has come apart before (some kind of IKEA type of wardrobe) and have been put back together very poorly. The owner acknowledged that to be the case when we spoke with her on the phone. So we spent the week with the wardrobe lying on its side in the corner of the room

The inconvenience of broken wardrobe was mitigated by having some built in closets we could use.

So in summary, I believe this to be a very good budget choice for a 2 bedroom apartment in Paris. It lacks charm or interior ambiance, but the price and location have well made it up for us. However, if you are looking for a romantic or charming place, it is probably not for you. If you are looking for a reasonably priced 2 bedroom apartment in a great location with many useful amenities, I would not hesitate to recommend the place. Just make sure the construction is OVER!
