Please help me with a tour plan

Hello,
I am going to Milan, Italy this Monday and will be there for almost two months( June-July) on official purpose. I will not have enough time to visit all Europe. My only option is to visit places on weekends. It wont be possible to visit any place thoroughly as I don't have enough time. I just want to put my footsteps as many places as possible in this short period.

So, please suggest me how I can utilize my weekend to the most.
Here is my draft plan:

1 saturday- Venice
1 sat day and sunday- Naples and Pompeii
1 friday, sat day and sunday- Rome and Pisa
1 sat day and sundat-Paris
1 sat day and Sunday-Munich
1 sat day and Sunday- Lucerne and Zurich

-Skip Pisa and Zurich alltogether....not much to see in either compared to the other places you listed.

-take that 3 day weekend and dedicate it to Rome or Paris

So I am replacing Zurich and Lucerne.
Instead of those place where should I go?
Florence or Vienna or some other place??
any suggestion?

Totally agree with Tailsock.

Another suggestion: beeing in Milan, there are a lot of beautiful places to be visited from there:
- the lakes -- Como and Maggiore
- Bergamo
- spend a weekend in Cinque Terre
- go to Tirano and take from there Bernina Express for a scenic route in Swiss

Since Venice is relatively close to Milan, I would train there on a Friday evening and return to Milan on a Sunday evening - the more time there the better.

I would skip Pisa and just spend all of the long weekend in Rome.

For the Paris weekend, I would fly there on a Friday night and return very late on Sunday.
