Please help find this hotel in Florence
 

Hi, can you please help me find this perfect hotel in Florence, Italy?
- excellent breakfast included with large varieties
- bright room with soft, pretty decor
- very clean
- good water pressure in the shower
- not noisy
- doesn't need to be in the center of everything, don't mind walking up to 30 mins to get to the main sights, we prefer a peaceful ambiance over central access
- safe neighborhood
- most if not all of the above under $250 a night for 2 people

Hotel David seems to tick all of your boxes. It is on the other side of the river but within your parameters for walking time, plus there is a bus you can catch practically outside the front door.
