Plaza on Hyde Park in London

Please, I need recomendation on the Plaza on Hyde park hotel in London. Is this a good location ? is the price $175 for 3 is reasonable in August? . Did anybody stay in this hotel?

Thanks

We are staying at this hotel too. We were also wondering about it. Do a search on the internet, it has pictures.
Have a good trip. Our trip will be in June.

The standard rooms are small. The common areas are quite nice and the included breakfast is ok. The location is very good (right on Hyde Park) in that you have a tube stop a block away and a bus stop even closer. You might want to make sure that the construction on the Central Line is complete as the Lancaster Gate tube stop has been closed lately. There is a pub just around the corner (The Swan) that has a delightful sing-along most every night with Uncle Davey. Overall, there are better deals in London for $175.

Thanks! Our rate was less than $175
We did a airfare/hotel deal with BA.

Saying the rooms are small is an understatement! If this is your first experience with European hotels, prepare to be a bit shocked. Perhaps the triples are an exception, but my single was so tiny I couldn't close the door to the loo when perched on the throne. I highly recommend that when you get your room if it is not OK then immediately return to the desk and ask to see other rooms that may be available.
Location, though is fine.
