I just stumbled back across this one. Even though the original posting is old, there is an error that showed up in my posting about the Oeschinensee near Kandersteg that is hard to figure. <BR><BR>The name of the lake appears usually as Oeschinensee -- it starts with an Oe. The Michelin road map spells it &Ouml;eschinensee. It uses the combination O with two dots and an e.<BR>At any rate, that V in my first posting is totally wrong and I have no idea how it got there unless the Fodor's text editor did my a dirty, which is what I suspect. I have been there and written the word too many times not to know the correct spelling.<BR>I don't really think it matters, except the way it looks is ridiculous.<BR>
