Planning stages..Amsterdam and.................??
 

Beginning stages of planning trip with wife (50's) to Amsterdam (1st time) and Brugges (2nd time). Arrive Tues 10/24..staying at Maes B&B (near Anne Frank house)..Til Sunday or so. Planning museum one day..train trips to Delft one day ,Utrecht the next. Then after 6 days(this is the first time we've stayed in one place for 6 days..trying to RELAX) we train to Brugge for 2 days. This is our favorite spot..can't wait to rerturn. After Brugge...that is the question...We'll, really the question is ..Where to go that is kinda laid back like Brugge.(We''ll have 3 full days left) Amsterdam will be "fast paced..then we'll relax in Brugges..so we're looking to stay in that frame of mind. We're traveling by train..although we could pick up a car outside of Brugge..and go on a tour of windmills?? Help!!!!!!!! Our plane departs out of Amsterdam (FF deal) Tkank you

why not stay longer in Brugge and take a day trip from there one of the days?

Thanks JandaO..have you been to Brugges? Where would you suggest that day trip to be to?

I havent been to Brugge just Amsterdam.
I am sure there are lovely sights around Brugge to explore.
It is important to relax on vacation. Sometimes we want to see too much.

I like Antwerp... Paris? (Is that too easy?)
