What's your question?
Trains to Rochers de Naye run every hr. So do trains to Montbovon - Gruyeres. Trains to Lavaux vineyards (Rivaz, St. Saphorin, etc.) about every 30 min. Chillon can be reached by trolleybus (every 15 min or so), train (every hr), boat (about every 2 hrs) or on foot (will take about 1 hr).
Direct trains from Geneva airport to Montreux every 30 min.

If the weather is overcast it's not so great going up Rocher de Naye. I love that tram but the best part is the spectacular view from the top, which you only get when it's clear.
Our trip to Gruyere (from Vevey by car) took most of the day. Don't miss the castle there! It's fantastic.
If you happen to be in Montreux on a Friday check out the Farmers Market down near the lake under the pavillion.

It's a different time period from Chateau de Chillon, so quite a different experience.
