Planned disruptions to RER B services in Paris Friday 8 June 2012

I have just noticed that the www.ratp.fr website has indicated that there will be disruptions to services on RER B line (which serves Charles de Gaulle airport)

In peak hour the service will be reduced to 1 out of every 2 trains running and off-peak it will be 1 out of 4 services. It also advises that from Gare du Nord that interconnections will be suspended. I am not quite sure what this means in reality.

It advises that for up to date information on the day refer to the website and the information in the stations themselves.

Suspension of interconnection just means that people have to change trains at Gare du Nord -- the SNCF is in charge of points north and the RATP is in charge of points south.

Thanks Kerouac for the clarification. I knew you would know for sure.
