Plan travel to Austria, Czech, Germany, Poland & Hungary

First of all -- no one can tell you what something will cost because everyone has different travel styles/budgets.
BUT your plan is awful with 10 days and still really difficult if you have 15 days. You don't mention individual cities but five entire countries. Even IF you mean only one city in each country, you still don't have enough time. Visiting five cities requires about 3 to 3.5 days just in transit. Then you use 1.5 days getting to Europe and another day flying home. So out of ten days you would have about 4.5 to 5 days free to see/do things (which means about half a day in each city). If you have a full 15 days you'd still only have 1.5 to 2 days per city.
And IF you really mean countries and want to see 1 or 2 places in each one over 15 days . . . you will have about a day per place.

Cost i the same as the length of a piece of string. It's whatever you decide to spend.
Before figuring that out you have to come up with some sort of itinerary (you can't do 5 countries in 10 days - I would do 2 cities - 3 at most - to actually see anything) - or you will spend most of your time in a variety of train stations and looking out train windows. (Look at bahn.de to see the travel times by train between the various places you plan to go - we don't have a clue at this point so can;t begin to help - what cities will you visit for a start?)
Also - you need to tell us your budget for people to tell us what you can do for that - that is do you have $2K to spend or $3 K or $5K - and does this include transatlantic airfare (and from where) and how you expect to travel (hostels and picnics or pleasant hotel and sit down meals).
Typically quoted as the most basic of expenditures if 50 euros per person per day - and that does no include any airfare, intercity trains, night life or any shopping.
And most important - is this for a single person?
Or you can spend $10 K if you want a luxury trip.

What do you wish to actually see/do/visit in those countries?
With ten days, start by picking the two cities or areas you are passionate about seeing. Figure out what you will do in each place and how much time that will take. Then look at the logistics of getting from one to the other.
Do you have 10 or 15 days? Makes a big difference. Does that include travel to get to your first destination and the return day? If so subtract those. Ten leaves you eight days on the ground for sight seeing. 15 leaves you 12 on the ground. With 12 days, pick three places to start and figure as above.
Once itinerary is firm, look at multi-city tickets (not one-way), flying into one city and home from the last.

Your amorphous "plan" is ludicrous. Refine it by defining you: what do you want to see and do? what do you expect to spend per night in lodging - are you traveling in the Abercrombie and Kent price band or poor student with a backpack range? What cities are your priorities?
The only inferences that we could credibly draw from your country listing are that you want to visit Berlin, Krakow, Prague, Vienna and Budapest. But that's only because each is the tourist capital of its country. And a Krakow/Prague/Budapest trip in 15 days (really 11-12 after overnight flights and intercity travel) would be a full itinerary in itself.

Well that list doesn't even work. What if the OP wants to go to Munich versus Berlin, Warsaw versus Krakow, Salzburg versus Vienna - and on and on. There are numerous tourist centers in most of these countries - you really need to give us more info.
