Plage de Passable, Cap Ferrat?

Rick Steves mentions dinner (no name of a restaurant) in Plage de Passable in Cap Ferrat, however, I have not found very much info. on that online.....Has anyone here been there? Is there only one restaurant (I did find the name of ONE). If you have been there, besides the view, was the food any good?

The Michelin Guide lists only one restaurant for Cap Ferate, the Capitaine Cook. But I remember a few places to eat down along the water on the east side of the island.

Sore fingers: Cap Ferrat, of course.

I never ate out while there, but did see a few places. . . go with your nose!

I couldn't find one decent place in Cap Ferrat with the exception of the take out pizza window down by the water, a wonderful African man was the pizza chef, I have no idea if he is still there.

I just found out from the concierge at the Royal Riviera that the restaurant at Plage de Passable (which is on the west side of the peninsula...which is why Rick Steves recommended it for sunset) will be closed for the off season. We do, however, have a lunch reservation for Capitaine Cook. I have read good reviews about that restaurant.
