Places to visit on return trip to London
 

Please help with an itinerary. Flying into Zürich on June 5 and flying out of London on June15. I am thinking about Zürich two nights maximum then a train down to Venice for two or three nights. This is where I need help. What are some good stops to make leaving from Venice and ending up back in London I have been to Paris and many times not interested in in going back but please give me suggestions for places to stop on the way back from Venice to London by train.

If I'm counting correctly between arrival and departure you have 9 full days. Two off for Zurich and train plus 3 nights in Venice leaves, what, 4 days for your stops along the way and London? You call it a "trip to London" but do you actually plan to see anything in London or just get there in time to leave?

Just getting there in time to catch a flight on the 15th not planning on any site seeing and London.

There are tons of options - Switzerland, several parts of France, Germany. It sounds like you've been to Europe many times - where have you not been before?
