Place to store bags in Mykonos town?
My hotel is 8km away and we want to leave fairly early on Tuesday to do tour of Delos and then we have until 8pm to enjoy town as we will take a cabin in an all night ferry to Satorini.
We have 3 small backpacks ( more like daypacks, not big) and a kid's violin. Is there a safe place near the port where we could lock them up or store them? ( Not hot).
Thanks!

There were two places in town where you could store luggage. I do not think things have changed but it might be better if you check when you arrive at the port on your first day here.
If you arrive at the old port there is the Pier 1 Travel Agency. They have baggage storage facilities. If you wish, contact them in advance at 2289024004 or 2289024111 just to confirm they still offer the service. Or, as I suggest, when you arrive on Mykonos and come off the ferry (if you arriv at the old port) you cannot miss thier office as it is situated right at the harbour side. Check with them at that time.
The second one is also at the ferry quay on the old port and was operated by the Mykonos Hoteliers Association but I have a feeling there are new owners. Again, check with them about baggage storeage when you first arrive on the island and before you go to your hotel.
