Need a hotel for one niight in May. Would like a hotel that could arrange a pickup from the airport and also transportation to the ship

No, I haven't stayed at the San Giorgio. There are probably different rates depending on whether you pay in advance, non-refundable, includes breakfast or meal credit, etc., and whether the room has a view. You need to click on "Rate Policy" for each quoted room type/rate.
