My husband and I will be in in Venice from December 26-28, Vienna December 29-December 31 and Prague December 31-January 4th. Can you please recommend some good restaruants that are authentic? Also, any ideas for New Years Eve in Prague?

I have quite a few reviews of Prague bar/resturants,several of which are quite recent but most of these are away from the city center,have a look,they can all be got to quite easily by public transport. I tens to eat in Hospodas which are traditiona bar/resturants,not high end dining but good local food and beer.
