Pisa Central to Hotel Kinzica at late night.
We arrive at PISA central at 9.50pm tomorrow and stay in Hotel Villa Kinzica in Pisa some 1.7km from station and 100meter from the leaning tower.
Google map tell me 10.15pm Departure of bus from Stazione 6 “Linea21” and stops at Pisa P.Za Manin from where it’s 500meter walk to hotel.. I will be towing two big suitcases with me.. big mistake I know.. I need help to know if it’s safe to travel this late in bus?? Where do I buy the bus tickets..?? Pls help it’s really urgent

Take a taxi. Will cost about 10 euros. Max 20 if night tardif and you are unlucky.
Last thing I would want is to tow 2 heavy suitcases at 10 pm.
Regarding safety I have never heard of violent robbery in Pisa and I certainly walked much later at night. Once half plastered actually. I saw a lot of students more drunk than I was but no robber.

I agree, get a cab.
if the budget will not allow that there is a train from Pisa Centrale goes through to Pisa Pisa S.Rossore, [the closest station to the Leaning Tower etc] so no need to catch a bus; you would then have a 20 min walk to the hotel but it does take you past all the sights. Probably still too much with those big suitcases. [WHY???]

Your hotel is close to the tower (within site). During the day you would take the LAM bus (red one) direction Park Pietransantina, but it only runs until about 8:30 or so. Check schedules for lines 21 and 22 as both operate that late (you can click the lines to see the route maps). I would get off close to the tower since your hotel is so close.

Your bigger problem is 2 suitcases as city buses don't have underneath storage like buses between cities.
Taxis are set fee from Centrale to the tower (9€). Some cities allow a euro or two charge for luggage (per suitcase),but I don't see it mentions that.
