Perhaps folks are not responding b/c Provence has "been done" on here so many times and also b/c almost every place in Provence has picturesque scenery! It might be helpful to do a search on this site.
That being said, I think the following are among the places you might like: St. Remy de Provence, Isle sur la Sorgue, Gordes, Avignon, Arles; there are just so many charming towns/villages, the list could go on and on. It might help also to look at a guide book and read about the different places to see what stands out for you.

My favorite place is just the place for you. The scenery is lovely and the hotel sits on terraces, you look out at miles ahead. The Crillon La Brave, in the tiny village Crillon la Brave at the foot on Mt Ventoux.

Provence isn't known for its "green scenery." Are you sure you aren't headed for the Burgundy or Dordogne regions? There's precious little green in Provence.

xxx,

I don't know what parts of Provence you've visited, but there's plenty of green here.

The Luberon area has plenty of green rolling hills and villages... Roussillon and Oppede le Vieux are two of my favorites.

In the Alpilles area (where I live), Eygalieres, Maussane-les-Alpilles and Aureille are charming and small and surrounded 'by green'.

PB
