Picking up Ferry tickets

How do I pick up the ferry tickets once I order them on-line? I am travelling from Crete to Santorini. Is there an office at the ferry station? How far in advance can I pick them up?

Don't order online, you buy your tickets at the ferry agents in Iraklion if I remember correctly they are mostly on 25 August St.

Hello politics1! I wish to tell that on fast ferries during a season tickets need to be reserved in advance. At the last minute it is possible to buy only places on a deck on slow ferries. If you interests I can help with booking tickets.

Give us a clue as to when you're travelling and how far in advance you'll be in Greece.

We purchased tickets via e-mail and picked them up at the port (except in Santorini, where we picked them up at an address that they gave us in Fira).

We purchase by e-mail tickets from Piraous to Mykonos but have not bought any from Mykonos to Naxas via Paros or from Naxos to Santorini. Is this necessary at the end of September or do we need to buy these also?

What email did you use to purchase your tickets? Was it through one of the web sites like www.gtp.gr or was it through a travel agent like Fantasy Travel? I'm trying to decide whether we need to reserve tickets as well.

I purchased the tickets directly from the ferry companies via e-mail--Hellenic Seaways and Blue Star. I got their e-mail addresses off their Web sites.
