If price were not a problem, these would be on my wish list:

The ceiling on this one opens up to the sky in nice weather

Gorgeous view of The Seine & Notre Dame

Or a little less pricy but still a gorgeous view

Now I must admit that I've never been to any of these in 10 trips to Paris but maybe someday. As it is, we tend to go to the small bistros.

We also ate at Le Ciel on our visit in March. While the views were great, it was also a place we were happy we tried and probably won't go to again.

We loved Breizh Cafe - both the crepes and the wonderful list of ciders - and ate there for 2 lunches in our 10 days.

We were introduced to Itineraires in the 5th by the owners of Guest Services Apartments a few years years ago, and have returned several times since. The food is delicious and inventive (but not too far out...), the ambiance comfortable and elegant, and service is warm and friendly. There are several "extra" courses - a little amuse bouche, little dessert surprises. Highly recommended. They earned a Michelin star several years ago.

Yeah our hotel is next door to Breizh Cafe so I can see going there more than once.

Has anyone ever been to this place Hugo Desnoyer? Looks like a gourmet lunch in a butcher shop...interesting!

I just returned from a trip to Paris. I stayed in the Marais and I highly recommend Don Giovanni on Rue Francois Miron. Excellent food. Friendly service. Great prices.

We enjoyed 4 tasting menus last week in Paris.

Ze Kitchen Galerie
Pirouette
Semilla
Spring

Ze Kitchen Galerie and Spring were repeats, but the service
at Spring was very hurried this visit. The wine pairing was
excellent, but the courses were so hurried it was difficult to enjoy the wine selections. I asked several times to please slow down. They turn the tables at 9:30.

Ze Kitchen Galerie, Semilla and Pirouette were excellent. Pirouette was the most creative, although the location is very near Les Halles. All three of these would be excellent choices.
