photography points on the amalfi coast

I'm a photography enthusiast and I believe that the AC provides fertile ground for excellent landscape pics, any suggestions about good points that can provide an excellent view..

Some of my favorites were the Villa Rufulo and the Belvedere dell'Infinita at the Villa Cimbrone in Ravello and the Villa San Michele and Mt. Solaro on Capri. But there are magnificent views all over the place! You might do a search of this board for Isabel's photos from the area - awesome!

Hi Nandshah - The 'Sentiero degli Dei' hike from Nocelle is a photographer's dream.

Here's a link to Isabel's photos of this area:

You can also get stunning photos of the coast by boat, of course

Hope this helps ...

Kja is right--they are all over the place! It would be difficult to NOT find a place witha great panoramic view or landscapes...or a street lined with citrus trees, or a narrow street lined with interesting old buildings. This is a photgrapher's heaven.
If you stay in Sorrento, start at the terrace of the Foreigners Club (all are welcome to go to it for the view, even if not eating there) or the park at the edge of the cliff a few blocks . And have your camera ready for the drive along the Amalfi Coast as you head out toward Positano and Amalfi.
I am a very average "photographer"--just point and shoot trip photos for friends--but all were oohing and aahing at the photos taken in tis area of the world.

The answer is easy: just about everywhere.

Isabel has some great shots above--as always. I love her shots at Atrani. Ravello is not to be missed---especually the Villa Rufolo and Villa Cimbrone locations.
Here is my gallery to add to your options:
