Peugeot 107--will my luggage be visible?

We are renting a Peugeot 107 (or similar) for 10 days. We'll have 2 carry-on size luggages. I am pretty sure they will fit in the small trunk, but I am more concerned if they will be visible as we will be travelling alot with the car loaded with the luggage. Would anyone happen to know if the trunk is visible or not from outside the car? thx

Most hatchbacks do have a cover that hides what is in the back area - but I've seen these very small Peugeots both w/ and w/o the cover.

But . . . since it is "or similar" . . . who knows???

Exactly what janisj writes. BTW when renting a car in Europe I have ALWAYS been given the "or similar" sometimes for the better.

But, as said, you will probably get a similar car. They all have a cover over the trunk. At the bigger rental car stations, you will have the chance to select from several available models. And you can always upgrade for a few Euros.

I would care more about how you fit into such a small car (but maybe you are short enough).

The 107 has been replaced by the 108. So the website is out of date or they hire out older cars.
It is a city car so do not expect luggage compartment to be huge neither the power to be great.http://www.autotrader.co.uk/articles...t-drive-review
