What has the weather been like lately? Will be there in a week or so, and am trying to plan my packing.

the answer is changeable !

Its currently cloudless about 22C.
Its been mainly like that for a while but Saturday we had light rain, yesterday it became cloudy late afternoon.

The sun is now hotter, so we are sitting in the shade, putting out more garden furniture, uncovering pools etc.

It looks as if we are at the start of our summer dry season, and will have virtually no rain until September / October.

I checked out the weather links on your site--it's much cooler than I had imagined (56 or so in Beziers and Montpellier). Hmmm, maybe I'll just pack one warm weather outfit instead of two.

I don't know where you are based. If you were looking at the "weather now page" that sounds like minimum, say 03.00 temps.

seems we were both right.

Changeable.

I've been sailing along the coast for a few days and checked out the local paper on Wednesday.
Nimes 28C, Cap dAgde 16C

Guess where I bought the paper ?

But it cleared by lunchtime and we had a sunny trip Cap dAgde to Palavas.
Thursday was cloudless & hot in Aigues Mortes / Port Camargue.
