Perugia or Orvieto? any preferences

Both quite interesting. Arguably Orvieto's setting is a bit more awesome. The underground city in Perugia is interesting though, more good restaurants I think, and Perugina is based there so chocolates abound. <BR> <BR>Overall I'd probably pick Orvieto.
