Can anyone recommend a tour operator that can design a trip for 20 people based on our desires, and at reseanable prices. 14 days: Rome (6), Florence (4), Venice (2), with some side trips from these cities.

I usually makes my own plans, but for this many people, it may be easier to have someone else arrange it.

You might try "Road to Italy" , they do custom tours and were recommended in the NYX.

I have the necessary experience (16 is the largest I have ever planned and led), and might do it...
