Personalized Sandals on Amalfi Coast?
 

I will be in the area in the Spring and a friend said to be sure and go to the stores that make sandals for each individual. She said they measure or outline your feet and then you pick the style and wait while they make them, but she can't remember the names of the stores. Anyone know about this? It sounds like fun.

In Positano, there were at least two of those shops right on the main route from the shore up to the top of the town. You can't miss them.

Any idea on what these personalized sandals cost?

I'm not exactly sure, but I seem to remember that they were about $75, but may have been less. I did not buy any, but I watched him make them.
