Jenny, thank you , that was well said and quite true.The problem is that being online, people are anonymous, even if they use their real names, so it is like living in a community where everyone wears a mask, and can get away with saying whatever they feel like, without the restrictions of polite society.So I am afraid that although some of us know how to behave in public, an awful lot of us do not.Respect is getting more and more rare in our lives which is very sad.

Mia and Jenny, you got here first. I read this post earlier today, and realized later that the web site is like a community where everyone wears hoods. As long as people can be anonymous, there will be a lot of negative acting out. It's a shame, given that travel is a cultured, life enhancing actvity that can lead to human growth.
