Payment for Scavi tour
 

Finally ater losing all hope that I would ever get that email that said "we are in". I got a confirmation that we have a tour on October 20 (which is kind of funny or fate because that was the day I had penciled in to spend in Vatican City in my loose itinerary for our trip.) My question is about payment which I have 20 days per email to send. How many are brave enough to do the easy thing and just email credit card info back to them? Or does anyone know if I call the number given on the confirmation will english be spoken, since my tour is in english.

we emailed and had no problem....got the confirmation a few days later....good luck and the tour is amazing!

I too emailed my credit card infomration and got confirmation by the next day.

How long did it take to get a reply? We have been waiting since March for a tour on October 28th or 29th.

I sent my request via email on January 30th. Got a reply asking for my credit card number sometime in early June. I sent the card number that same day and got confirmation the next day. I was quite surprised because I didn't expect to get any email until around August or September.

I also emailed cc info with no problem (last December).

I sent my request 2 weeks before going to Rome this past June , sent my credit card number and got the confirmation the next day.
It is a great interesting tour.
