I'm interested to know if anyoneone has taken a baking class in Paris or Provence. Want to give a one day class to my husband on upcoming trip in the spring

We took a one day class in Paris with Cookin With Class. Loved it! Theyhave a variety of classes to chose from. We did the macaron class.

I just returned from France and took two classes at Lenotre - it was awesome!

I've heard of Cookin With Class, but what's Lenotre and where is it located?
