Pasta Class - Bologna
 

I would like to take a pasta class while we are in Bologna. Does anyone have a favorite one we should book - there are so many. I'm interested in pasta as well as bolognese sauce. I've gotten such great advice on this forum - thank you everyone!

My sister, husband I took a class from Pasta Mama aka Grazie a couple years ago. It was just the 3 of us, I think she normally has up to 8 or so but not on our day. We made a couple different pastas and she had prepared the sauces but gave us an explanation of her process. The class is held in her home on the outskirts of Bologna. It was a 10 minute cab ride from our hotel. We enjoyed it. You can google “Pasta Mama Bologna cooking class” and she will come up. I’m pretty sure we booked through Trip Advisor.
