Park Hyde Inn Park Hotel
Does anyone know anything about this hotel? I'm looking to travel to London and the package is for this hotel. Any information would be appreciated!

Hi, good header
by the way, have you checked at tripadvisor.com? |
I think you need to clarify the name of the hotel and include the address.
There are a whole hot of Hyde something or other and something or other Hyde hotels and the same with Park hotels - and even some with Inn in the name - but none have the name you listd above. |
Wow, I am <font color="red">red-faced </font>.
I was so eager to have the OP improve the header from a previous vague one, that I didn't even read this one properly to notice that it's even more confusing than the last one. There is a Hyde Park Inn at 48-50 Inverness Terrace, Bayswater (London) Is that the one you mean? there is one postive review at tripadvisor |
Ooops. It's the Park Inn Hyde Park. It's still a mouthful, but that's the correct order. Its on 66 Lancaster Gate and is a 4-star.
I'll check tripadvisor.com - thanks for the tip, elaine! |
I haven't stayed there (I usually rent a flat w/ in London) but just to let you know about the location. Years ago I used to stay in Lancaster Gate/Bayswater all the time (before I learned about other neighborhoods and started renting flats). Lancaster Gate is the ONLY part of Bayswater I would personally stay in. It is lovely - directly across the street from Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens and the North Flower Walk, and also across the street from the Sunday art show. Plus it is very close to the Lancaster Gate tube station. It is far enough away from Paddington to avoid some of the more down market parts of the neighborhood.

Thanks for the info, janisj! It makes me feel better about staying there, knowing it's a nice area. I just picked a hotel from the list (cheapest one) and kept my fingers crossed. Ha.
