Dear Pumpkin

Maribel has quoted the correct e mail address ( id rather not type it & then be accused of advertising my wares by the fodors police ).
As Christina points out I used to work at another shuttle co.over 1 year ago. I wont name them as they don't deserve the publicity.

Maribel describes very well the arrival procedure ;
The client pre books ,the client arrives & calls the toll free number & is given an exit gate number as a meeting point , the clients collects luggage , the client proceeds to meeting point , the client meets driver & is whisked off to paris .

Patrick - Average waiting time is 20 mins.The major problem we have in Paris is that approx 80 % of inbound flights arrive late.Add the french airport/airline workers/baggage handlers inclination to strike at the drop of a hat to the equation & you will soon appreciate how complicated it is for us to manage our arrival transfers.
Luckily we have enough vehicles & capacity to offer a frequency that equates to the average 20 mins waiting time as i previously mentioned .

Hope this clarifies things.

Best wishes to all from a grey but warm Paris today.

Mark
