Just my two cents, but we would put Allard on the list of places not necessary to return to, but loved Les Bouquinistes, Fish, Les Olivades, Le Reminet, Rotisserie D'un Face.

Le Florimond is often recommended on this forum; we had a great meal there a couple months ago. Petit Zinc is another we enjoyed.

Another vote for Perraudin and Allard ( especially for cassoulet). Enjoy!

Le Fontaine de Mars, 129, Rue Sainte-Dominique (7th Arr) is my favorite. It has become so popular over the years, however, that recommendations are recommended. 8:00 pm is a good dinner hour so you will dine amongst the other Parisians. Note that the restaurant is closed on Mondays.
