From what I've read,I wouldn't expect too much from the fashion show. It's just a department store presentation, not 'high' fashion like you see on TV. Fun for young girls, I suppose.

Thingorus - I love the sartorialist. But those fashionistas are in a whole other league than the people I know.

cigalechanta - I'm Cheryl. Thanks for telling your friends about my site. The site is a labor of love for me and I'm glad to hear it can help people plan their trips.

Also, please accept my condolences for your husband. You are in my thoughts.

TeacherCanada - DancingBear MD beat me to the response. I also thought that Printemps had a show on Tuesdays. I checked their website, and I couldn't find any mention of it. But, the Printemps site is not that great so that doesn't prove anything. I'd contact/phone them to see if they are still doing it since you are coming with a group. If the fashion show doesn't work out, just visiting the stores should be enough for your girls. These department stores are in another league with plenty to see and do.
