PARIS - What Adronissment is best?

Going with a friend for the first time and was looking at the 1st Adronissment - any suggestions? What area is best for nightlife, safety and (somewhat) cheap lodgings?

Do you mean "arrondisement"? Je ne sais "adronissment."

I would suggest 5th (Latin Quarter). Maybe near the Sarbona or close to Notre Dame.

I would strongly recommend the 5th, called Quartier Latin. You will be near Sena, Île de la Citè, Louvre, and there is a charming place to walk and take a coffee or a beer, just looking the views. I was there just one week ago, with my husband, and if you want more tips and informations, send me an e-mail, ok?
You will love Paris.

Débora - São Paulo - Brazil
