Paris Wedding Dinner

I am having an intimate wedding in Paris next December and am looking for a restaurant for dinner that evening. The wedding party will be 20 persons or less. The atmosphere should be refined and elegant. The food needs to be simply amazing, or at least up to expectations of a couple of foodies in the group. I have been considering Le Pre Catelan but am open to other recommendations.

Did you have a budget per person in mind?

Le Grand Vefour has private rooms available for groups, and the food and atmosphere are wonderful. I would email them and ask about the particulars.

200 euros would be a max.

Thank you for the suggestion!

I don't think you can do dinner at Le Pre Catelan for less than 200 euros for food alone.

Take a look at http://www.restaurant-kei.fr/welcome.html The atmosphere is subdued refinement rather than opulence.

Wow! Sounds amazing. How does one get invited?

Best wishes for a wonderful event.

Where are you getting married ? If the Mairie of the 16th, then Le Pre Catelan would be perfect. A breakfast/lunch buffet might be done for 200€/pp.

Sorry - Pre Catalan is way above your budget. Prix fixe dinner is 220 euros or 280 euros (with more choices) and when you add wines - way higher.

I think you will find this price range for most restaurants at this level.

Agree that a brunch/lunch might be more doable.

Verjus has wonderful food at 68Euros, but their private room only holds 12 I think. Worth checking with them, it's a special place. If you have a larger groupie might be able to take over the restaurant, it's not large.

Congratulations!
