Hi, Lisa,<BR><BR>Thanks for all of your helpful information.<BR><BR>Quick question: how did you make your reservations at Le Bistrot de Breteuil? Did you fax? Have your hotel do it? Do they have an e-mail? (I sent a fax 3 days ago looking for reservations in September and have not heard anything back yet). Also, is dress casual (khakis ok)?<BR><BR>Many thanks.<BR><BR>John H.<BR>

John H.: I just had my hotel call and make the reservation that morning. I think it's harder to get in on weekends though. Sorry, I don't have an e-mail for them. If you have an e-mail address for your hotel, you can ask them to make the reservation for you -- most of them will be happy to. And yes, khakis are fine there.
