best way ? taxi
best way ? shuttle
best way ? Metro/RER
best way ? it depends on YOU what is the best way. Do you mean most convenient? most inexpensive?

In "my" opinion a taxi is the best way, but that is just my thought. With 4 people and luggage I'd not do the other options, but each to their own.

With 4 people a taxi is probably your best bet - the cost for other options comes very close when multiplied by four, and a taxi is certainly the easiest and most comfortable. You can have the hotel reserve a cab for you.

Make sure the hotel calls you a minivan - 4 people plus driver plus luggage is too much for just "un taxi". If they don't know the term "minivan" ask for a "Renault Espace" or similar, the Espace is a widely used minivan model that's been around forever.

Are you comfortable getting on and off buses and trains with your gear?

If so, you can ride the N° 82 bus from the southwest corner of Place de l'École Militaire to Luxembourg, then the RER B to CDG Terminal 2.

You could also board the Métro at École Militaire, but you would have to change twice underground to get to the RER.

If you have a 2-zone transit pass valid for that day, you only have to pay for the

part of your journey from La Plaine Stade de France (in Zone 2) to the airport.
