Paris to Honfleur
 
We will be back in Paris in October and would like to take a day to visit Honfleur. Does anyone know the logistics of getting there by train? (I really don't want to rent a car if it can be avoided). I can't remember if you have to go to Deauville and then take a bus or if there is a station in Honfleur. Also, anyone know the market day there? Thanks so much in advance for any info!!

One way is to take a train to Le Havre then hop a bus that takes 30 mins to Honfleur - bus schedules seem spotty so do your research

or train to Deauville then take a 30 min bus ride to honfleur

do whatever route provides the most convenient schedules for you

Market day is Saturday, and there's a bio market on Wednesday afternoons.

There are buses to Honfleur from Lisieux, Deauville and Le Havre which all have trains to Paris. These are the winter bus schedules:
