Paris to Frankfurt Air Travel

Our family just enjoyed ten days in the UK and took advantage of a great flight on EasyJet from London to Edinburgh (only 25 USD!)

In June we need to get from Paris to Frankfurt and would like a comparable flight on one of the discount airlines. I'm having trouble finding a flight from Paris to Frankfurt though.

Anyone have any ideas about a Ryan Air or EasyJet type flight between those two cities?

Thanks for any help you can provide,
Jackson2

Easy Jet does not serve Frankfurt.

Ryan Air does not fly the Paris to Frankfurt route but you can fly from Paris (Beauvais) to London and then connect with a flight from there to Frankfurt. Not a good alternative though. Both airlines have websites that will confirm this for you. Just look at their destination maps. Click on any city served and it will show you to what destination you can fly from that city.

Go to www.whichbudget.com and it will tell you which discount airlines serve the cities you want. It doesn't look like there is anything on discounts between the 2 but if you are willing to fly via other cities you might be able to pull it together, otherwise you will have to look for Lufthansa or maybe Air France deals. But the website is great for playing around and looking at possibilities.

Wow - thanks so much to both of you. What I found out is both Air France and Lufthansa had outrageous fares between Paris and Frankfurt. We opted for a flight on Germanwings from Paris to Bonn/Koln, about 99 miles north of Frankfurt. We'll rent a car there and just start our journey towards Frankfurt - Romantic Road - Munich a little further north. You guys were so helpful, thanks again!! Jackson2

Hi Jackson2:

Gald it worked out. Koln is much prettier than Frankfurt anyway IMO. Hoepfully you will have enough time to go into town and see the cathedral.
